Insurance Information

I am credentialed with a variety of insurance companies. As a courtesy, if you are using insurance, your insurance carrier can be billed for your services but this is not a guarantee of payment. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider directly to see if Alisa Noleen, LCPC is an in-network provider. Here is helpful list of questions to ask your insurance provider when calling.

  • Do I have Mental Health benefits?

  • What is the coverage amount per session?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year are covered?

  • Do I need authorization from my Primary Care Physician first?

Insurance

I am In-Network with most major insurance Carriers, including:

  • Blue Cross

  • Regence

  • Select Health

  • Aetna

  • Pacific Source

  • Out-Of-Network

  • Please contact the office if you do not see your insurance carrier listed

I reserve the right to charge for missed appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours notice. You will be billed $60 in this case.

Obligatory Good Faith Estimate notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate when requested and should keep a copy for your records.

I maintain transparent rates published on my website and within my intake paperwork.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
